Basic structure of water molecules |
Water is a type of liquid formed by two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. In fact, it may take the forms of solid (ice) or gas (vapor). Hence, the water structure composed of two atoms of hydrogen plus one atom of oxygen can be written in terms of a chemical formula H2O
Water that we usually drink or see is really a group of water molecules (H2O) gathering by the hydrogen bonds attracted by each other in the water cluster. The number of grouping molecules will differ depending on the quality of the water. Namely, water gathering in a larger group has lower quality than the water gathering in a smaller group, because the larger group has less abilities to dissolve nutrients necessary for good health and to transport oxygen to cells.

Suitable pH level for water |
Good water should have a pH value at 8.5 because our life styles tend to easily cause acids. Good water should be more alkaline than the blood, at about 7.4 pH, in order to restore the balance in the blood to the normal state.
The pH, which is short for potential hydrogen or power of hydrogen, is the value used to indicate the acidic and alkaline property of water, whose danger is referred to by chemists as silent killer. Destructions to our health can silently kill us due to the imbalance pH level. Normally, our bloods pH value stays at around 7.4 (7.35-7.45), which is slightly alkaline. If the blood becomes more acidic (pH lower than 7), the person can lose consciousness, or die, or it might cause nephrolith, benign prostatic hyperplasia, indigestion, fatigue, etc.
